Not only is our personal support affected, I've met with five different pastors in 10 weeks and all five have shared their financial difficulties. So they have put much expansion, and support possibilities, on hold. Like all of you, we will face challenges in the future, but our God is sufficient. I read an article by Jason Jackson who reminded me of Jesus' words in John 16:33, "In this world you will have tribulation..." We cannot know the future, but we certainly know this: we will have unforeseen difficulties that take us by surprise. This happens to everyone. While some appear to live a fairly trouble-free life, we cannot know what may be happening in their lives." Taken from Church Planting Ministry Summary letter dated January 2009.
